Drumming for Wellbeing

Drumming for Wellbeing

Our Drumming for Wellbeing programme uses therapeutic drum-circle experiences to develop creativity and wellbeing. The course focuses on team building, self-expression, motivation and emotional regulation. It will help people to discover their natural musicality and improve their confidence. It will help people relax and improve their quality of life.

Our Spring 2025 course starts Thursday 17th April in Sheffield city centre for 8 weeks – please scroll down for full details. To see if there is space, please fill out our Referral Form.
