Firstly, a big thank you for wanting to support our work. Volunteering is a great way to learn new skills and meet new people.
Volunteer with us:
We are looking for individuals from all different backgrounds to help facilitate our groups. Come along, have fun, be creative and know that you’ll be helping others at the same time!
Assistant group facilitator
Drumming for Wellbeing
Writing for Wellbeing
Arts and Crafts for Wellbeing (women only)
Role involves: Helping with set up, making refreshments, chatting with group members and supporting the facilitator.
We will provide: training, on-going support and travel expenses, enhanced DBS checks funded by us where applicable.
Commitment
We generally run 10 week programmes for 2 hour sessions. If you could commit to all that would be ideal but still do get in contact if you would like to volunteer for a number of sessions.
Fundraiser
We are looking for individuals who enjoy writing and would like to help with grant writing.
We will provide support and any training required.
Would you like to help us raise much needed funds? There are so many things you could do:
- Be part of a fun run
- Have a bake sale
- Quiz night
- Silent auction
