Drama for Wellbeing
Drama for Wellbeing is a 10 week programme. Each week builds thematically on the one before, taking the participants on a journey that encourages authenticity, freedom and hope.
Each session is two hours long with plenty of time to socialise and drink tea and coffee built in.
Activities include fun warm-ups and group sharing to explore the theme of the week.
Drama techniques used include designing masks, mirroring, hotseating, playback theatre, freeze frames and improvisation.
- Participants are encouraged to share but not pressured
- Everything personal stays in the room
- Workshops are a safe space
